Do I need a separate subscription if I have multiple sites?

Yes, for each site a separate Back Office subscription is required, however, the iZen Portal ASP dashboard enables you to see a consolidated view and then a view for of the sites individually. There is no separate subscription for this centralized reporting, it is a standard offering when 2 or more subscriptions are purchased. If you have more than 3 sites select, or upgrade to, the Multi-Outlet option.

Can I have more than one iZenPos point of sale licence in a site (store)?

If you are using the Starter Pack you can have only 1 POS in the site. With both the Advanced & Multi-Outlet subscriptions you can have as many iZenPos – point of sale licences as you purchase annual subscriptions for located in a subscribed site. For the Advanced the first iZenPos licence is included in the site’s annual subscription. For Multi-Outlet the first 2 iZenPos licences are included in the subscription.

What are the types of business iZenPos and iZen Portal (Back Office) are suited to?

These products are modern state of the art developments providing features and facilities making them suitable for virtually every business which trades with customers, in either a retail or wholesale manner, selling goods or services. The products are suitable for:-

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up with the exception of the Starter Pack. When you log in as a subscriber, you will see a notice regarding how to upgrade.

Is iZenPos & iZen Portal integrated to an online accounting system or ERP systems?

Yes, iZenPos with iZen Portal in the Advanced– Package and Multi-Outlet subscriptions provides integration with the Xero online accounting system providing access to a General Ledger. The Starter Pack does not provide this integration.

iZen Portal is a retail management system providing all the tools you need to successfully manage your business from controlling points of sale, to marketing, procurement, creditors, debtors, gift cards, loyalty and much more depending upon the subscription selected. It provides ledger transactions and a trial balance feature but not a comprehensive general ledger.  General ledgers are usually selected by businesses for very specific reasons not necessarily related to retail functionality. We give you the choice of either exporting the retail management generated figures to your selected general ledger or interfacing to an ERP system such as Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics or others.

Other ERP systems have been integrated via the iZen Portal ASP Back Office providing a seamless central bidirectional connection between the ERP head office and iZenPos/iZen Portal store systems.
